I SCULPTURED THIS ELK, IN 1975.

While living in Mandan,N.D. I don't remember just what year when started sculpturing, it was after I moved to Mandan, a friend of mine got me to try clay. He did wildlife, and I like using clay, some where in the early 70's. As for Painting, started that somewhere in the mid 50's. I always painted my sculptures with oil paints, they seemed more natural that way. Im always trying to refine my work. I'm probally my wors't critic.
