Dwell in the land in SAFETY,  this is talking about God's statutes the 7th and 50th years,

Leviticus 26:27 -- 28, 34 -- 35. And if you will not for all this harken unto me, but walk contrary unto me; then I will walk contrary unto you in FURY; and even I, will chastise you SEVEN TIMES for your sins: Then shall THE LAND enjoy her SABBATHS as long as it lieth DESOLATE, and you be in your enemie's land; even then shall the land REST, AND ENJOY HER SABBATHS. "Why" because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when you dwelt upon it.  II Chronicles 36:21.

Revelations 3:10 -- 11.  Is talking about being taken to a PLACE OF SAFETY during the GREAT TRIBULATIONS, the final trial upon all the earth. Those that are obeying the CREATOR GOD.
