MEAN SOLAR TIME SUNSET SCALE

Example, Spring is 0 hr. 12 min. you add 32 min. would give you Eastern Standard Time = 6:44 p.m. or  18:44 p.m. EST.  That is sunset the first day.

A clock at that time of year is basicly + 7 MIN. FASTER THAN THE SUN, YOU SUBTRACT SEVEN MIN. FROM MEAN SOLAR TO FIND TRUE SOLAR TIME. Which would be 0:05 min. true solar time, sunset the first day. ANY FINER WORK YOU WILL NEED INSTRUMENTS.

THE HOUR ANGLE IS A VERY ACURRATE WAY OF MEASUREMENT All Evemorn hours are set by the sun center to center.

As you can see this chart suffers from lead poison the lead dust, it was hand done in 1994. There is also 2 minutes refraction of light in the morning, and 2 minutes in the evening, and other conditions etc.

TRUE SOLAR TIME IS NEITHER FAST OR SLOW, BUT CORRECT SOLAR TIME AND HOUR ALIGNMENTS..

The  4 minutes  is also subtracted from the time.

 Leviticus 19:35--37. Proverbs 20:10-11,23. John 17:17, Luke 23:44--45.

Also any moon or season coming in after 6:00 P.M. OR THE 18:OO P.M. HOUR EASTERN STANDARD TIME GOES TO THE NEXT DAY.

When properly applied, the TIME LAWS SHOW VERY MAJESTLY THE DIVINE HAND OF THE CREATOR GOD OF TIME.
