Time corrected and in TRUE ALIGNMENT.

For every degree west or east of  alignment of longtude = 4 minutes time  15 degrees  = 60 minutes or 1 hour time.  15 minutes of  1 degree = 1 minute time. So we have a measurement of -- or + if east  one degree its plus 4 minutes time,  if west  one degree its minus 4 minutes time. 

Columbus, Ohio is  32 minutes { time basicly } west of  Eastern Standard Time,  so you subtract 32 minutes  from eastern standard time.  Or you add 28 minutes to Central Standard to find basicily Columbus Mean Solar Time.

Jerusalem is 7 hours 21 minutes east of Eastern Standard Time, or 8 hours 21 minutes of Central Standard Time.

The Sun is basicly 7 minutes faster Than your clock at Spring.

The refraction of light basicly 1 Degree plus a few other minor things.
